Todd created the Head Inside Mental Health podcast, but he  needed 2 things from me - higher audio quality and reels for promotional content.

After a consultation and studio audit, we were able to find the equipment he needed to improve his recording quality and workflow at his target budget.

Repurposing his content was the next step, creating short form video content to use on social platforms.

Todd's audio quality has since improved drastically, thanks to the confidence he had in ordering the right equipment.

Short Form Video

Todd records his podcast video using Zoom. So, I edited the video into catchy subject hooks that fit snug into a reel frame. This keeps out the jarring blacked out borders of the screen, that are artifacts from Zoom.

Adding subtitles to catch the eyes of potential listeners scrolling through their phone on mute, is an extra measure to ensure grabbing attention.

Launching a podcast without a structured workflow can present many issues down the road. Kelly needed help editing, organizing, and publishing her video podcast, but had been  burned by AI editor services leaving artifacts in her video and audio that rendered the episodes inconsistent and unusable.

After getting all of her files labeled, and consolidated, we created a simple intro video and relevant music for her dialogue intro. In editing, we cut out retakes, interruptions, and filler. Once uploaded to our shared google drive, we published her episodes with her provided titles and descriptions.

Now, Kelly's podcast can be heard and seen everywhere, with professional consistency and polish.

With high in demand business, Dr. Alex LeBeau had no time for audio post production work.

Alex would record his episodes to Riverside, where I would download them for editing. He also wanted custom music, of which he would own the rights, to establish sonic identity.

After a consultation and 2 revisions, we came up with a great musical composition, and subsequently synced up his dialogue with variations of the music to create his host-read ads.

Alex's listener base continues to grow and pre qualified leads continue to book.

In launching his podcast, Mike wasn't sure how to go about recording techniques and workflow practices. Needing audio editing, custom intro music, and ad creation, he felt overwhelmed.

After our consultation, we were able to create the music and ads for his podcast, with Mike being able to focus on his topics and recording.

The Iguana Chronicles podcast has since continued to grow in listeners and Mike's business has become the leading service in Miami within his field.
